The odds of starting 3 true fresh tackles in 2 years is pretty crazy. If Heard is truly raw why not take a RS year and create some space and play guard as a RS FR and then move to LT when Campbell goes pro

Heard is the best tackle prospect on the team and prob the best tackle prospect since Whitworth. That said I think Jones will be the guy to move when it’s said & done

Heard and Campbell were high school teammates and are friends. This was good-natured bragging and ribbing.
You are taking this completely wrong.

Heard was a year behind Campbell. He played right tackle. After Campbell left, he played left tackle. He's gotten bigger. (He's bigger than Campbell) But, I don't know that he's gonna take Campbell's position..... Campbell's got a year of college experience on him.
