Loved it- offense was rolling and you feel good about 3yards. Don't give Bryce Young the ball. Don't get refs a chance to influence the game. Gotta do the 2 point thing at some point anyway.

When we made the TD I told my wife - we should go for 2 here. Then when they brought out the team to actually go for it I was like "wait, they are actually going for it? I'm not sure how I feel about that."

And with two losses already it was the thing to do. A no or one loss team plays for one. We can’t make the playoffs anyway so go for it

I was screaming in front of 40 people to do it! Like another poster said, your odds of winning on that one play are probably better than going through another overtime. So why not just do it and win it or lose it.

Faint of heart never wins crap. BK told the world the Tigers are back to stay.
If it hadn’t happened the way it did , I would have still been happy about a coach that has the confidence in his team that he has. Also the team he has that responded.
Fabulous night for all Tiger fans.
Good times coming down the road.

Loved it. Defense was gassed late in the 4th and OT. Seemed like them getting the TD in the 2OT was inevitable. So why not just rip the Bain’s aid off there and see what happens.

Plus, it just seemed like their Def was chasing and couldn’t stop the offense. If Daniels doesn’t throw behind Boutte on that 3rd down play; LSU May score on all 2nd half possessions

Loved the call, make it or not. You get to end the game on your terms, send a message to your team that you trust them, and prevent any ref/Bryce the Wizard shenanigans.

Shocked. But also not. We’ve seen a steady increase in this team’s progression. It’s nice to have a coach who knows what kids need to do to improve and makes them do it. This is how things are supposed to look at LSU.
For sure. You know I'm just goofing w/ you.

Loved it but was really nervous that we’d miss it. Interestingly, I went to the Bama message board a few hours later and read through their game thread around the OT, and not only did they predict we’d go for two (before we even scored) but expected us to make it.

One thing I give Kelly huge credit for is that he does not play to keep things close. He calculates the odds and chooses what he believes gives us the best chance to WIN. He’s not a moral victory guy.

I was calling for it when we scored. I wanted that in the Fla State game too.

To me, it's a no-brainer when you have Daniels. He is so dangerous and likely to score on a scramble that he makes the passing options that much better. If he was on the other team in that situation, I'd be terrified and begging them to kick.

I immediately thought back to not doing it against FSU. But, like you, I was extremely nervous.

When did Americans lose its shame and embarrassment for being a wuss? When was it normalized? My gosh, man up and watch some John Wayne movies or something to regain your shame!

Me and buddy called it before JD scored. Said we have to go for two if we score the TD.

Loved the call. Refs were making some questionable calls so I wanted to take it out of their hands
