2011 SEC Championship First Half.

Anyone who took their purple and gold glasses off after that game could see it was a flawed football team.

This is an easy one...
Auburn trailing LSU in the 4th quarter in 1994 and was unable to even make a 1st down on offense against LSU Defense.
So LSU throws 5 interceptions in the 4th qtr alone and return 3 of them for TD's
Auburn wins 30-26 when they couldn't make a first down.
Why the LSU coaches kept throwing passes up 23-9 in the 4th quarter is one of the greatest mysteries in college football lore.
Yes, that was the biggest meltdown in LSU history and I watched every minute of it in disbelief.

After the 2016 Wisconsin game. Not much of a melter but took my son to the game. We flew into Chicago on Thursday and went to the cubs game on Friday and watched Jon Lester pitch a 7 inning no hitter. Green Bay was spectacular then Les miles took a game that LSU should have won easily and turned it into a turd in my pants for two weeks type of feeling.

Mine was the clock at game with Jordan Jefferson and less miles up in Oxford. That's the biggest melt I ever had, although the losing the championship 21-0 to Alabama comes in a close second for me

Not one single incident, but the on-going rampage of weak arse "Mediocrity Acceptance" from the Pumptard Cheerleader element on here.

I use to melt every time someone was ready to fire Jay Johnson, or say we should have hired Vitello. I don’t think I’ll have to melt anymore now though.

Auburn 2006, I still don't think I've ever seen a team ripped off that blatantly.

We had no business losing to either of those teams that finished the year at 8-5. First two times that I was banned on here.

I will go to my grave saying the 2004 game was FAR worse.

1. The first AU FG was a MISS. The pbp announcer knew it immediately.

2. In 2006 the waived off PI was absurd. But even if it counted, LSU would have still had to score a TD. There's no guarantee that would have happened. Compare that to 2004. Auburn misses the go-ahead XP. Yet, the officials decide to throw a flag, not thrown before or subsequent, to give AU a re-do.

Yeah, this would definitely be the biggest one

Not even close. Dude, 1/9 was monumental, epic, tragedy, individuals, coaching, failures, Saban, Bama, rivalry, Les Miles, JJ, lockeroom halftime rumors, etc etc etc.....all bundled into one big Chernobal, skin in Hiroshima MELT.

Kiffin not coming wouldn't even equal the 1st half melt of 1/9.

If someone started a thread right now about 1/9 memories, it would outlast the Kiffin one, easily

There were bannable offenses happening every 30 seconds. I think chicken just gave up and went to bed.

Not going to lie I did not expect us to win. I melted more when Oklahoma State fricked us by losing to Iowa State, and making us have to play those inbred bastards again after already beating them in T-Town.
