Thanks for posting this; brings back memories of stories told to me by my father, who was an LSU student during this period of time. He had an everlasting hatred for aTm and to this day revels in any LSU victory of the aTm boys. I grew up in a household where Aggie jokes were common and Bear Bryant was a dirty word.

I don't hate them as much as they annoy me. They beat Alabama with Manziel and dickrode Alabama for years because that was the only thing they had over us.

I now live approximately an hour from college station. Their fans are delusional. if they sniff anything of significance you will hear about it for the next 32 years. They still get a hard-on when they here "Johnny football"....
that said, my favorite teams will always be:
1. LSU
2. Whoever is playing BAMA.
A&M is not terribly far behind on the hate scale, but BAMA is at the top!

I had some friends that went there and I visited Texas A&M when I was college age. I gained a good bit of respect for the place. But then they joined the SEC and I came to realize they are the most cocky fan base despite having achieved very little. I despise them now.

They came into the SEC and basically thought they would be the top dog or at least the one to push Alabama out. When that failed they set their sites on us and also failed.
