Oh, frick compliance, they need to cut this shite out and worry about assaults.

Yeah, screw compliance for doing their job when players break the freakin law because potheads like you think it’s stupid.

Simply put, the law is the law. If you all can’t stay off this stuff, then maybe the line of it’s not addictive is bs as most believe.

There are plenty of laws I don’t agree with, but I respect them if they aren’t unreasonable. Weed being illegal is not unreasonable.

He was with the team. Then he voluntarily left. The definition of ‘quit.’

He quit. It may have been a good decision for him. It may have been necessary due to other issues in play.

But, he definitely quit.

I understand making the case that Chase has done more than enough for this program. I actually agree with that. But, we shouldn't have to pretend that he played the season and didn't sit out.

Be careful what you wish for.
There have been millions of fans who have quit (opted out) watching professional sports.
If that trend continues, and I think it will. Those salaries will begin to shrink.
The younger folks are into electronics and videogames.

Agent money

Agent money

Risk of injury

Covid season and no one was even sure if full season would be played.

For Chase it was all risk and little reward.

There’s a lot of speculation as to why, but I think it’s a combination of a few things one being, the shorter season and hardly any of our championship players returning he might have had a hard time this season as stingley did which more than likely would’ve dropped his draft stock.

He opted out because he knew he was going to be a high first round pick and felt that he had no where to go but down.
