You don't think you're shitting on the players by asking who the "Mickey Mouse" is that's "terrified" of cold weather?

My guess is that some of the players like it, else they wouldn't have it available. It's not like training staff doesn't have enough to do on a road game without making hot chocolate that nobody is interested in drinking.

Lemon lime hot is alright.

I'd rather drink hot Gatorade than plain chicken broth.

The other was a 17-0 loss in 2014

So we have 13 total points in two games being fueled by Swiss miss. Next time we need to add the little marshmallows

Your right about the temp not being that cold, (once acclimated) what you are forgetting is the huge 50 degree temp swing for the LSU guys. They left Baton Rouge in the low 80’s and woke up in the low 30’s….not easy

Ah, so inconclusive on the hot cocoa alone. Maybe the broth had an additive effect. Need to figure out if it was chicken, beef, or vegetable.

I’ve seen multiple non LSU games where they’ve had broth and hot chocolate on the sideline.

Nothing wrong with trying to stay warm imo.

Not like they are drinking warm soy milk.

And then we fumbled the next play

It’s so soft

37 degrees and sunshine is gorgeous weather. Of course it’s chilly but come on.

Anyway, we won so whatever.

I had posted that Miles did that in 2014. I didn’t think Kelly would follow suit.

I’m not a nutritionist but I wouldn’t want players filling up on hot chocolate and chicken broth during a game.

Last week they had a record high for the day in November. It’s been unusually hot. As someone that has lived in cold weather it takes some adapting. The temps being reported were on bathe cold side, though I’m not sure they anticipated the sunshine.

Now we're critiquing the beverages of choice of the football team? Is it ok for them to drink Gatorade or Powerade when it is warm?

The chicken broth was because the flu was going through the team and also who the hell cares whatever it takes to win idc what they have on the sideline
