Saying his impact on the offense would be easy I like the toughness and resilience he’s installed in the team. Yes we’ve had two losses but in both those losses(especially at ole Miss ) it was rocking environments where we took some pretty big haymakers.

Brian Kelly led teams were notorious for folding when adversity hits but we’ve battled back both teams under Kiffin. Didn’t finish the job but I like the aspect of it never feels like we’re out of a game under Kiffin because he will eventually make adjustments and get us rolling again.

He brought a Lack of satisfaction….
We got called spoiled because someone in the media had valid concerns on the offense

This team is fun to watch.

I bleed P&G but under BK watching the games felt more like a chore than something I look forward to every weekend.

In game adjustments and in season adjustments; improving weak areas.

The difference of once the first loss hit it didn’t mean the season was doomed. Kelly just gave false hope every year. This team has gotten better. Kelly’s teams were mostly what you see is what you get.

Agreed especially after Jayden’s Heisman year. BK had an inability to get both sides of the ball to be component at the same time. Every time the team had a deficiency it was a season long problem

The fact that we don't waste timeouts due to offense not knowing plays or not getting lined up on time. The team is coached well.

Never forget Kelly saying “ we’re keeping receipts, see you in national championship “ at the end of the 24 year just for him to go 7-5 and get fired the next year lol the guy was an elite salesmen gotta give him cus I fully brought into his confidence

QBs and good QB play.

We didn't have a QB last year. This year, we have at least two.

LSU will not have QB quality or depth issues as long as Kiffin is here.

Quality QB play is the key to successful football.

Attention to detail and the resulting bigger picture. Success is defined in the details. Something that no coach we've had since Saban could understand on a macro level.

Everything about this program is so thought out and put together. The process is so much more refined than anything we've been accustomed to.

And success is not good enough. There is always a teaching moment. There is always room for growth. Look at Aub game. Team running into locker room for half time, Kiff pulls Uman and Ross (the 2 who had already played arguably the best football of the day) aside and has a conversation with them. Good or bad coaching moment, thats the details I enjoy seeing.

I absolutely love his press conferences.

Not a lot of coach speak, doesn’t lecture everyone in the room like a Saban. Just talks like a normal person that can joke around but also happens to have an exceptional football mind that can put things into context that anyone can understand.

I find it really interesting and can see why he can connect with players so easily.

Locker room swag.
I know someone who works for the team. I asked this person several weeks after Lane was hired. What has changed since his hire? Locker room swag and confidence! It was a 180 degree turn since Ms Kelly

I enjoy no longer having to watch dumbass players celebrating 1st downs in the face of opponents they’re losing to

As someone said, we are physical and fast again. We legitimately can beat anyone.
