Last game? LSU is 5-6 in it's last 11 games. LSU got manhandled by a Pac12 team, I would hate to see what the SEC has in store for Ed O and Co...

7-8 wins with cupcakes on a 12-game schedule is the same thing as 5 wins out of 10 with an all-sec schedule.

Not out of the realm of possibility. In many ways O's progress at LSU resembles Gene Chizik at Auburn: one stellar season, a couple of mediocre years, then the roof caved in 2012 and War Eagle went 3-9. I see that kind of season in store for LSU this year, unless major adjustments are made.

7-8 wins is not ok. Period.
LSU had a favorable schedule and a ton of returning experience. They played soft and with poor execution. I’m embarrassed.

9-3 is the were it gets interesting for O. Anything less and he is gone. Anything better he has pulled a rabbit out e hat and might even get an extension. 9-3 would be interesting to see what would happen. Probably safe but seat real hot going into next season

But like you said….7-8 wins is kind of the gray area… not acceptable and the fans are gonna be pissed, but is it enough to pull the trigger or do we have to wait it out one more year?
