Right! Every now and then. But that’s not what the OP was. The classic LSU uniform, worn nearly all the time, is a great brand that is unique in college football.

I actually liked the uniform combo they wore against Army last year. Throw in gray facemasks

No one is changing anything. Our iconic uniforms are still the same and what we would still wear 85% of the season. Going from “let’s wear purple sometimes” to “OMG what are we Oregon??” is a big jump.

When I was a kid and played on dynasty mode with LSU on NCAA it was always purps at home. It's as unique a jersey combo as there is and looks even MORE distinctly LSU than the whites IMO when it's purple jerseys with gold helmet/gold pants.

I agree. like them, plus it burns me up to allow other schools to wear their colors in our stadium.
