He took another one picking up a first down late in the game too. He got up kinda hurting, but State had a player hurt too so JD ended up shaking it off

Hurts was a much better passer.

Daniels can be a lot better than Hurts

I do not think he can. And its not a bad thing to say he is only as good as a guy who only lost one SEC game over three years at Bama and is an NFL starting QB

I can kinda see the comparison, though Jalen Hurts is a good bit bigger and stronger. Daniels probably a little quicker.
Both are inaccurate, at times.

Hurst had a ton more power as a runner.

While the HC is on the sidelines going apeshit and trying to correct him.

He’s a similar bad passer but a much better runner. And to the guy who said Daniels can be better than Hurts…LOfrickinL! There ain’t no shot he’ll be as good as Hurts. I’d say although different, he is of the same caliber as Etling - a good college QB.

Good lord, Hurts did not suck at Bama and he’s been looking pretty damn good for the Eagles.

Y’all are acting like the dude is Bo Nix, now that guy sucks.

Who remembers 10-0 hurts game in Tiger Stadium?

It’s only for 1 season guys.

Walker Howard will bring us to the promise land

And then Hurts bailed Tua out against UGA in the 2018 SEC CG.

No, Jalen could at least go through his progressions due to having a really good O line and he throws a better ball than Daniels.

JD doesn’t squat 600 lbs and is not built like Hurts.

He better start letting ‘er rip or that body will not make it through the season.

Need to play him and OL and WR 2.5 to 3 quarters next week. Really gotta work on timing of passing game, or JD will not survive the season.

I’m a big JD fan of what he’s done thus far and think he’ll develop a lot still. He won’t get the chance to develop if he runs 15 times a game with his build in the SEC. that’s a fact.
