Dude this team is not built for winning a weekend series much less a tournament

How do you interpret show signs of life and fight as win the tournament? I expect to win 1 at most. Just hoping we score decent number of runs and play clean defense. I don't expect to win more than 1, just hope they don't quit.

Being swept in 5 of last 6 series looks like quitting to me.

We would be fortunate to win 1 game with the way we are playing.

After going through this wacky season, I'd be happy if we can play a complete game without being run-ruled again. Just keeping it real, Tiger Nation.

Some are answering with what they think will happen. The question is the realistic best case scenario. IMO, I best case scenario is LSU has their two top starters face two teams that don't have to win a game in Hoover to make the NCAA Tournament. Because of that, LSU is able to win the 1st two games before running out of whatever degree of decent pitching they may have in game 3.
Do I think that will happen? No. But if you are asking for a realistic BEST case scenario, that's probably at least a realistic possibility given all of the variables

Not getting the doors blown off game 1

They scored enough to win several of those games. Bad pitching is not quitting.

Two wins is probably the ceiling with how bad the pitching depth is. I mean, we've lost the last 6 conference games and pretty much scored 8 or more runs in all of those losses.

As if you’ve watched a single game.

Beating either Auburn or A&M is a tall task; beating both of them takes Herculean fortitude. But that's the key to taking the series: we could luck out in the semifinals against a similarly surging South Carolina, and then encounter Kentucky in the championship game

We're going to make a run, like our side of the bracket.

Best case.. loose by less 6 points

Best Case Scenario would be for Cam Johnson to start for OU, suddenly find his Control, shut the "Princeton" Tigers down and send this team back to the Hole so the 3 Million Dollar Man can immediately start fixing all the problems.

Win 1, maybe 2 games.
I just can’t see our pitching being good enough to go further. They’ve been worse on the road than at home all season, and they haven’t been good at home.
Just play your best ball. We haven’t done that for most of the season outside of the USC series. If you lose playing that way, it’s ok.

If I could pay Chicken for more than 1 downvote, I would use them on your sorry, stupid arse.
