Dude...you are a madsive liberal.

we all know who youbare.
quote:Might be. I never said it wasn't. Not my paper. Not my fight.
USA Today is definitely a terrible liberal rag.
quote:The article is 100% about getting subscribers, clicks, and likes. The article attacks a person who non-Louisianians consider a villain. The article attacks a school who many consider to have a win-at-all costs mentality. (I hope so!) The article is NOT about politics in any rational sense of that word. It's just another gratuitous attack on Kiffin and LSU. It's not political; it's just business.
this is 100 about politics from rags like USA Today.
quote:Again, might be a massive liberal outfit. I never said it wasn't. Not my news source. Not my fight.
Just like Yahoo....another massive liberal outfit.

The purpose of this article is to convince LSU they are losing a lawsuit in which most legal indications point to a dismissal. SEC is struggling to articulate a purpose for the suit.
The author is a walking library of stupid articles that are wrongheaded hit pieces that fail basic fact checks.
He is an embarrassment to even a leftist birdcage liner.
Go to his history of articles and see how he has had to quickly change the subject to avoid being held accountable for his yellow journalism.

Matt Hayes is from Jacksonville and went to Florida, just FYI.
Big Florida fan.
Big Florida fan.

What part of “The SEC has no power to override court rulings of any kind” does this jabroni not understand?

Matt Hayes wrote that hit piece in October 2026.

zero axe to grind with this guy... I'm certian it is all 100% truth!

You really can't even call this shoddy journalism at this point. It is flat out misinformation.

He didn’t write a word of that. Someone with the SEC wrote it.

The fact that there's an immediate typo in the third sentence, despite all of the spelling, grammar, and AI tools available today, speaks to the laziness with which this was written. And edited. And published.

I couldn't get past the ads on top of the full page ads using that link.

I remember when USA Today was relevant. Was that 30 or 40 years ago?

Dude. The USA Today does not give a frick about Jeff Landry. Most folks don't give a frick about Jeff Landry.
Dude, politics rears it's ugly head in places you wouldn't think. Don't be naive. Hell, after the NC floods in 2024, FEMA workers were told to not help citizens with Trump signs in their yard
Eta: see? Downvote almost immediately at the mention of Trump lol
