The way it was reported is beyond stupid. Yes, it sucks the girl died but the way the police released this information seems wrong
Can you imagine the uproar if the police kept part of their investigation quiet because they were trying to help a guy get drafted higher???
That's not the concern of the police, which is to investigate quickly and find the murderer.
Look, I hope Collins is completely innocent, but I don't see the problem here. If Collins wasn't involved, go talk to the cops and clear yourself. Bad timing for Collins, but that's the breaks.

Give me one more name of a person interviewed by the police other than the victim's immediate family. Why don't we know the names of all of these other people?

Not sure about the streets, but the information i've disseminated is that from "a fly on the wall". Again...take it for what it is.

The idea of shooting a woman because she won't lend you a car sounds suspect. Was she the only person they asked to borrow a car? Did they shoot the other people who told them no? Weren't they already in a car?

so what did the baker post?
That "something tells me" a whole lot of things indicating La'el must be involved. I can't remember all of what "something told him". Apparently, his post was deleted, so you'll have to ask him.

Fair or not teams are going to withdraw based on the fact that he is being mentioned in this case. 2 days is not enough time to determine beyond doubt that he had no part of this murder, so he is a high risk for an early pick. Betting they have him on their 3rd and later boards though. Terrible situaiton all the way around. Hopefully, the child survives and it's father was not the one who killed the mother. Hopefully the father steps up and raises their child. After that, hopefully Collins has a long successful career after he is cleared and the Saints select him with the #44 pick.

The whisper wire-from the skreets to LSU-is rampant right now. Way too much smoke to separate fact from fiction or juice from junk.
Just gonna have to let it play out, Ranters...

Only one thing matters: is it his kid.
If so, huge story.
If not, non-story.
He can do a DNA test quickly.

When did they first ask him to come in? Could he have already cleared this up or was he stalling? This could be why they went public with wanting to question him. I could be very wrong but I can't imagine them thinking lets wait until draft time to call him in. Theres more to this story.

you think paternity is the sole inquiry? Goes way beyond this.

Please don't bring up the word suspect. We have 13 pages of that already.

I suspect I might be able to drag it out a couple of more.
Posted on 4/29/15 at 3:39 pm to tigerskin
He'll be back in here arguing about it again for some unknown reason.
Posted on 4/29/15 at 3:42 pm to tigerskin
Is Collins buga? Because if he ain't, he's definitely suspect. Not a suspect, just suspect.

This is most likely where they have found out that La'el hadn't contacted her since September. Any recent contact would make him a prime suspect but it had been months of no contact between the two yet that doesn't rule out Collins from being the child's father
I don't think you have any idea what you are talking about

So anyone in here know the real story. Just sifted through 16 pages of bullshite.
