I’m Louisiana born and bred and thought I was going to evaporate on the east side of tiger stadium that day. Day games in September should not be a thing here

Create the best college football atmosphere at night in college football and they can start getting in on some of this action too.

Until then, they can quit being a bitch.

GA football games at night cannot be compared to LSU’s night atmosphere. The ratings are not the same and it is about money that drives the games. It is not a secret in the NCAA - the toughest place to play a night game in college football.

I mean, when your biggest gameday draw is a line of bushes, what did he expect? UGA football is boring.

For the longest time, the top CBS SEC game was at 2:30. They had what? One night prime time slot? The rest went to ESPN, which were night games, except the 11AM game between two shite opponents.

We weren't exactly top tier after 2019.

Night games in TS are a college football staple. Regardless what this board says it’s nationally recognized as one of the best environments in sports when you have matchups like this.

Same with me, years ago it was an afternoon game early season. Sat in the full sun and I thought I lost 20 lbs during that game. Miserable, felt like a fried egg. Must have spent couple hundred on water and soda.

I was told years ago by a Georgia person that Georgia plays day games because the Georgia powers that be want day games. Evidently George fans can't behave at night.

It’s the TV folks who decide what time they play.

It's funny...

It's almost like there's something special about Tiger Stadium at night that the networks and the audiences recognize.

Nothing against the meltdown as Athens is my favorite SEC town and trip, but the stadium and its environment is way on down the list. LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, South Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee are all more of an intimidating environment.

I don’t care how well they’ve done the last 5 years or whatever, the UGA brand is nowhere close to the far reaching LSU brand and it’s don’t think they understand it.

Piss off. LSU at night attracts viewers.

It is about money.

Maybe they should stop losing to Texas and Bama at night. They play a boring arse brand of football anyway.
