In order to buy 2 tickets to the LSU game you must buy the premium flex pack. That is you must buy 8 tickets to other baseball home games and 2 to the LSU game. Total cost $122.

My wife and I are in Metairie and went to see Tulane play Ole Miss; the prices were ridiculous. I complained and left. Do not give them your money.

But at least Texas has an okay crowd from time to time so they're screwing themselves

In their defense, it helps to keep the crowd from being 90% LSU fans.

Yep. Say it again for the “we should play Tulane in football instead of some out of state school” crowd

Tulane has been doing this for years, even before it became fashionable. We can stop this from happening by refusing to play them at Turchin unless our fans have access to a certain number of tickets. We don’t do that. It used to be that we could insist on playing at Zephyr Stadium (although we rarely did) but I don’t think they even have a baseball field there anymore.

Take it as the ultimate compliment. Their product can’t sell unless they force the gem of the schedule down their fan’s throat.

Deep down their fans know they’re getting scammed and are happy to play the cuck.

Now you know why tulame only has 6 fans. Wait until you try to watch the game on TV - ESPN+. We won't miss much seeing that it will be a 7 inning 10 run rule game.
Cox use to broadcast it, but tulame cut that out.
If they want to raise their ticket prices for this game, do so. Most programs do that for premium games - we do. But the BS of making you buy tickets for other games is a deal breaker.
Now you know why they are little league.

Zephyr cannot host baseball presently. It's been mutilated into a rugby field. That's a state facility and it can't host a super regional anymore. It's a shame.

Tulane has had a long history of pulling this crap with baseball tickets.

I’m pretty sure back in the late 90’s or early 2000’s when they were good at times and we were having an average year, they put in a nice bid to host a regional at Zephyr Stadium, but had a stipulation in it that LSU couldn’t host in BR if they were awarded.

This is shameful by Tulane. This is UT pettiness.

LSU I don’t think would ever do this to another school.

THIS is why old timers do not want to play the weenies in any sport. Their athletic dept. has been, as noted, pulling this shite for decades .And it is not even "another State school" which is always given as the reason to play them vs out of staters.

Their lose. I would pick the best games and not go. Just means they won’t have anyone show up at those other games.

I haven’t said this in a while, however I will say it again. Tulane is a privately, endowed University that just happens to be located in the city of New Orleans. We should do nothing to help their program because they would never do anything to help ours. Please discontinue all competitions with Tulane. There is never anything for LSU to gain by playing the weenies.

My dad bought us a pair in the secondary market for less than that package. That was a few weeks back. Perhaps timing was good when he grabbed them.

We should just stop playing them. Fat Scott shouldn’t let this go unpunished.
