Just a thought. We, myself included, believe the press & web sites: LSU will be great, we have the prettiest girls, the best uniforms, the best pitchers, the #1 recruiting class, etc., etc., etc. We drink the kool aid & click pieces. When things go to hell, we are put on suicide watch.

I was at LSU when Pete showed up as a freshman. Spent a lot of time in line at the Cow Palace waiting for the freshman game. What impressed us most was not his scoring - that was a given. His passing & ball handling were jaw dropping. Can't count how many times he hit Apple & Fig in the head wit...

JJ is protecting Neal. He is young. If he only catches 9 or so innings a week & DH's most of the off days with a rest day every now & than, he will be fine for the May run. Batting behind White will be a difference maker.
Biggest surprise & most improved...anyone heard of Milam before the week...

The GOAT forgot more about BB than I will ever know, but against USCe, LSU went toe to toe with them until Angel fouled out with about 5 minutes to play. USCe turned up the heat & continued to rotate fresh subs while we played the same 6. LSU had nothing in the tank to match them.

I agree w/GasMan above re Kim, but...when you have a 20 or 30 point lead, you don't develop kids by leaving the starters on the court & kids on the bench.
We have all seen kids get hurt during garbage time when they should have been on the bench.
Again, Kim knows what she is doing...she is coachin...

We are quick to say: "we have to play Tennessee, Arkansas, etc.", but many other boards are saying: "damn, we have to play LSU".
We have earned that right, so let's enjoy it....
