Coach O was hired to beat Bama, and you’re right he didn’t do it.
However, with his OC Canada LSU out rushed them, out gained them in total yards, and were not pushed around like years past. If you don’t think we got better against Bama you weren’t watching the same game I was.
They didn’t gain their advantage over us in just one year and we won’t fix it in just one year. I for one was encouraged by the season other than the obvious losses.

Did Saban win a championship his first year at LSU? Did Miles? The expectations have been changed, by anti-O haters, now we have to win a title every year and be in the playoffs every year when before 10 wins was plenty.

Well we fired the coach responsible for 11 years of that.
So yeah, people have the rt to bitch about losing to Troy and state. This team is too talented to lose those games. LSU would be in the middle of a 3 way tie for the west if the current coach had this fricking team ready to play to start the season.

We fired a coach who hadn’t won 10 games since 2013 and failed to reach 10 wins in 4 of his last 8 seasons. We fired a coach who took a top 5 program and dropped us to a team that was consistently finishing in the 15-20 range and still declining. We fired a coach who failed to reach our pre-season projections 8 out of 11 times. The coach we hired is 1 win away from exceeding his first seasons expectations, one coach was moving in the wrong direction and in the first year the new guy is moving i the right direction it’s as simple as that.

It was time for Les to be replaced but 2015 should have been 10 win season if it weren't for the opener canceled IMO
