It's easy, hire him as the Safeties coach. The coach we currently employ, players would prefer to play for CR. That tells a lot about the guy in place and his recruiting is suspect. We wouldn't have that problem if TM7 was on staff.

honestly let him be safeties coach.

Raymond would be able to mentor him

he could build insane personal relationships with kids.

There’s gotta be a spot in the recruiting department for sure. I know he can win over some of the LA guys on the fence about going out of state.
