This is all headed for a settlement, probably to be reached on Thursday

They will not be kicked out of the conference. They will not be put on probation.
The school will be fined, probably in the $500,000 to $1 Million range and Lane will be suspended for 1-3 games for the comment at halftime.
And they will have to agree not to roster the 2 players in question.
