That would be certifiably fricking insane and heads would roll in LSU admin if that happened. LSU boosters are ride or die with Lane at this point.

They want to win championships. They want to build a dynasty. They showed Saturday they are on their way to doing that. Make this go away and get on with business.

Baw we almost beat them last year when they had more weapons, with LSU’s worst team in decades.

Absolutely not. SEC is the ones out of line here and anyone with an objective mind can see it. frick the SEC. If LSU was to pursue legal action and leaving the conference I'd 100% back it at this point.

If this happens, LSU needs to hold a press conference and say they are leaving the SEC effective immediately

Fined for what? Players in question have not played.

Suspended for what? Smart arse comment to a reporter off mic? No freedom of speech is allowed in the South?

None of that makes sense.

If CLK is suspended for that comment then Fat Boy in Tennessee should be suspended an entire season for the golf balls and mustard bottle nonsense

They will not be kicked out of the conference. They will not be put on probation.

And they will have to agree not to roster the 2 players in question.

So... you're retarded

I'd rather us voluntarily leave the conference than to agree to that bullshite. If anything, we should counter-sue the conference for defamation.

Would be the most insane suspension ever given to someone if this happens.

Suspended for making a sarcastic comment in the moment.
Is this the same SEC that had Spurrier making funny jabs at opposing schools regularly.

lol pretty sure Lane made a joking comment about Whit taking the over last year. So why was he not suspended last year. Isn’t the NCAA against gambling?

I agree. The only option for the SEC to save face and feel like they made LSU an example is for LK to be punished.
Thats the whole goal behind OM and Tenn driving this shite also.
It’s bullshite and I can’t see LSU going along with it. Maybe to put an end to this they’ll agree on a cupcake game.

Would be complete bullshite, but I’d live with it if it put it all behind us.

No way that flies. If it did, I wonder how much it would take for us to pay Saban to Coach 1 to 3 games.

The SEC / Sankey already referred to them as pro players. Lane repeated their language

What the frick. Kiffin and LSU has done nothing to settle. If the University capitulates to this I’m out. Someone needs to stand up to this bullshite.
