The Zion weight thing is more about injury prevention. His game is his game though. In previous summers, it was hard to see that he actually practiced basketball based on his skills seeming to diminish yearly.

Let’s see if he can do something other than drive to his left this year.
Wow. Explosive AF highlights. Looks like he’s shot out of a cannon.
So an NBA player with the Los Angeles Lakers, the most famous and storied NBA Franchise, may have been disappointed to get traded to the…. New Orleans Pelicans.

We should be so angry and tweet angrily about it. Mmk, bro.
Primarily because the teams that won natty’s were all loaded and in that era, it was generally even rare to have junior’s going pro. Teams were deep and loaded. Dale wasn’t as bad as they say, but he did give up a tactical advantage when going against some of the all time great tacticians (Coach K, Bobby Knight, Rick Pitino, Jerry Tarkanian, John Thompson, Dean Smith, etc, etc).

All the champ teams or almost champs had 2-3 NBA first round picks or more on them.

Duke - Hurley, Laetner, Grant Hill

UNLV - Larry Johnson, Stacey Augman, Greg Anthony

Georgia Tech - Kenny Anderson, Dennis Scott

Georgetown - Alonzo Morning, Dikembe Mutombo

Always liked that uniform and know it’s blasphemy, but had no problem wearing it at home. Wearing white home and away is lame.
My predictions…. This is going to be a smallish but elite class.

Something like 18 commits:
5 Stars - 4
4 Stars - 13
3 Stars - 1

I’m at 9-8.
I bet they are still scouring the portal for an under evaluated CB also.
His frame gives CR something to work with and at least he has a year of college experience if we get into a multiple injuries emergency. With the Pavia rule, I assume he has 4 years of eligibility.

This would be a guy that would be great to stick around, grind, and compete to start if all goes well in 3 years. But, dudes do that kind of grind these days or programs don’t give those guys a shot these days. Not sure which.
or just take him in the 6th since he’ll be there.
Their bigs and overall length were the difference. Agree on Bigs in the women’s game and was worried that UCLA inside out combo would kill us anyway.

We also have no 3 pt shooting. Next year need Williams, Hines and others taking 5 or more attempts per game.

I always thought he should have been an in the box type of safety. Too bad he didn’t spend the last 3 years working on that but don’t believe he’s a LB.

The % of times Zion turns it over when they give to him to end a half or game type situation, must be 50% or so.
Wild. Falcons got some talent but they do some weird shite.
I’ve been thinking how exciting it will be but also how hot it will be.
Never heard of this poster but assumed he was just being sarcastic as all we know of with the current Lane crew is absolute dominance in recruiting. Saban Bama level.

I think we should continue to build with the draft this year and other than a guard, take it easy on FA. Get under the cap and make a run in year 3 and 4 under Shough rookie deal.
This is incredible if the dude is at all able to hold his own as a walk on. He gets cred from the team and doesn’t hurt the culture while adding to the swag brand of LSU sports.

This is all positive, if he’s close to legit walk on level ability.
