They're abysmal.

Through five games, their offense has fewer points (58) than the 2008 Lions (76) and 2017 Browns (77).

Cam Ward had 66 yards passing going into the fourth quarter today before collecting garbage time stats.

Their defense isn't criminally bad, so they may not hit 0-17, but a win will probably require a defensive or special teams touchdown.

I don't know if it's Ward or Daboll or what, but holy shite. They need to burn that whole thing down and start over.

Get rid of the ownership.

As a bonus, if the new owners aren't petty baby back bitches Houston can get the Oilers back.

Them drafting at best a #2 WR 4th overall was certainly something.

I said in the games thread, if Ward wasn’t the #1 overall pick, he’d have been cut by now. He’s horrendous.

Some people on the Saints board wanted him.

the guy we drafted still hasn't even fricking played

the NFL draft is also never going to be what it was thanks to the wild west approach college football is. Players also are more selective in the all-star games and the combine.

Also the hiring of Robert Saleh was an all time terrible move. The Jets are the AFC East equivalent of the Titans and Saleh was abysmal there, so I’m not sure why Tennessee thought he was a worthy candidate for the job. They should have hired Brian Flores if they wanted a defensive HC.

Cam Ward

Anyone who watched him in college knew that he had no business being the number one pick or even a number one pick.

His college game was going to be a poor translation, ala Manziel, but Manziel didn’t throw as many really poor decision passes.

Their fan’s reactions during the game today were hilarious.

In retrospect, firing a good coach to hire a really shitty coach and draft an obvious bust at 1.1 to be the franchise qb was ill-advised. But you live and you learn.

I don’t think Saleh deserved another shot that quickly but while regularly repeated this just isn’t consistent with reality

Takes over the worst roster in the NFL that finished 2-14
4-13 - #32 scoring defense
7-10 - #4 (!) scoring defense
7-10 - Rodgers goes down Week 1
2-3

He was fired after a 6-point loss to an eventual 14-3 team, following a 1-point loss to a 10-7 team. Woody Johnson, one of the great modern NFL retards, said it was to mix up a talented roster. They finished 3-9

He’s a tremendous defensive coach and results there will come and arguably they’re already on their way. Unfortunately like NYJ his offensive starters are mostly backups and he’s not landed the OC hire

Realistically though there is no coaching staff in the league keeping this Titans offense out of the cellar and that’s largely on decisions made before he was hired

A buddy has 50 yard line tickets. I could go to so many games. It’s just not worth it.

I’m tired. Worst ownership in the league. Firing Vrabel and then he goes to the SB with New England. Then we hire a sub .500 coach.

Joke of a franchise.

It's the entire makeup of the organization from top to bottom. Dumb ownership, (mostly) shite drafting/developing, poor HC hire (Saleh), not much for elite talent on either side of the ball.

2027 isn't the draft to chase a QB in the top five where they'll land. They took Tate this past draft, so they'd be retarded to draft another WR early. They're closer to just blowing it up and starting entirely over than they are building winning culture with this roster.

Amy Adams is a horrific owner. She has a nephew, Kenneth, that would do 10000x better.

Do you think the Texans would name swap?

Ward was a bad choice, but the Tate one was worse. Take a shot on a QB, but a WR who benefitted from being opposite a generational player is just crazy.

Bud Adams knew a way to get even with his critics: do nothing to assure the future leadership of his team.

Did he have a smirk on his face thinking of the fortune he left and knowing that his family could still make a bigger fortune when they sell it, regardless of their ineptitude.
