The SEC's lawsuit is essentially frivolous just looking for homecooked equitable relief

Quite literally what's going on here.
Every single claim they make, is one they can't really back up and survive cross examination.
They don't care. They threw this up against the wall so that the local Alabama federal judge can give them injuctive relief.
That's it... and that is the same level of home brew that Ole Miss used.

Not quite sure what they are suing for? Being embarrassed?

It really doesn't matter. This is all so stupid. LSU doesn't need these players. These players should just sue the NCAA for money instead of playing time.

The suit is to ensure LSU has a losing season….and it will work.

Really embarrassing for the SEC seriously. Who is driving this?

They’re claiming that Kiffin and LSU colluded with these players to sue the NCAA, thus harming the SEC brand

When you do things that people can sue you for is what hurts your brand.

Please show your work to get to that conclusion.

You think LSU is going to have a losing season because of this?

Do we think Trinidad Chambliss decided to go to court to file an injunction all on his own?

From Nola.com:
"defendants waged a deliberate and coordinated campaign to recruit professional athletes to play football for LSU during the 2026-27 season".
If this is the exact language they used then we are going to have to define the term professional athletes. I thought the entire SEC was paying out 20.5 million per team in revenue share contracts this year.

Current winners: The lawyers and litigation teams. Baby, these fees keep piling up from everyone and they LOVE IT.

once you pay kids they are professionals not amateurs, our whole team is ineligible as is all of college football
the are very selective in what rules they change

There’s too much at stake for LSU to go all in and fall on a sword for these 2 players. As in the song, “know when to hold them and know when to fold them.” It’s time to thank the players for their service and show them the door.
