Lack of institutional control for Kiffin being sarcastic asking a rhetorical question and LSU Pres being silent to such sarcasm? If SEC wants to shoe horn a federal case through the First Amendment, last I heard the First Amendment cuts both ways. This claim is a joke and shows they are desperate.

But if you're LSU and you see the conference acting this way only towards you while there are plenty of teams in the conference playing players ruled ineligible and only playing via a court order (of which LSU is actually rostering 0 such cases), that relationship is about to be damaged from LSU's perspective regardless of whether the SEC expels them or not. LSU has not actually broken any rules
