Who mentioned anything about the election? We're talking about Elon Musk. Seems to me you have a problem with reading comprehension. When did you drop out of school? 7th grade?
I will tell you what's idiotic.

The "genius" Elon thinks the federal government funds the ACLU. This is absolutely not true. The ACLU is an independent organization, completely separate from the federal government. Sorry, dude, Elon is a moron. I don't give a shite how much money he has. He inherited all of this wealth. As for his projects, e.g., Tesla, Twitter, etc., he did not create them. He bought them. BOUGHT THEM. He most certainly is not the genius the media has fooled you to believe he is. Use your critical thinking (that is, if you even possess the ability to do so).

Those of you who worship Elon and billlionaires in general: Look at yourselves in the mirror. You are the dumb ones, the idiots. Becoming a billionaire does not necessarily equate to intelligence. Oh, and do you think Elon is a good person? I have news for you - use Google and learn something about him. He is a first class jackass.

Congratulations on being duped.
I stand by what I said.

Cry more about it.

Where are the wealthy LSU alumni?

Come on! Pony up the NIL cash, dammit!

Is he really getting 10MM in NIL money? If so, this system is goddamn insane. Totally out of control.

Yes, seems like the entire team has regressed. It's crazy.
...with how this season has played out - I know I am. I won't rehash all of the issues here; we know what they are. All I ask is that we support the team. We have 2 home games remaining, and then a bowl game. We could still finish up at 9-4. Is that we wanted? Definitely not. We can only hope that 2025 is better, assuming that Kelly can keep the recruiting class intact.

Down vote me all you want. I don't care.

At the end of the day, all of us are here because we love the LSU Tigers.

Please support this team. Thank you.

re: Tulane trolling LSU

Deservedly so. I don't think the current LSU team could beat Tulane!
I really wasn't all that familiar with him at ND. The more I hear about his time there, sadly I am not all that surprised at what he's brought to LSU.
Agreed. Essentially Woodward backed up a Brinks truck to bring in a mercenary. I see no sense of urgency or incentive to win. Would like to see a coach who is hungry and will do what it takes to win. I do not see that with Kelly.
I have supported BK and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, particularly due to the mess he inherited. Can't use that as an excuse in year 3 when the portal is available.

He played for the SEC championship in year 1 and has regressed ever since. With JD's Heisman season last year we should have been competing for a natty but for the horrid defense.

This year, we are horrible in all phases of the game. Inexcusable for a guy making $10 million.

That said, regardless of how LSU finishes this season, he will have at least one more year, IMO. If LSU tanks in 2025, he needs to go, buyout or not. I think TAF can come up with the cash.

Realistic HC candidates for LSU?

If BK were to be fired or resigns (I don't think either one is likely given the buyout) - hypothetically who are the realistic HC candidates currently?

re: Someone needs to fired today.

Yep. Davis, and Sloan.
He really does look miserable. His sideline demeanor is horrible. I really wonder if his heart in this.
Agreed - Kelly is not a good fit here. The problem is the massive buyout. I'm afraid we're stuck for at least another couple of years. Maybe he can turn it around with better coaching hires; I really don't have much faith that he can.
I hope I am wrong.
The NCAA is mostly to blame for this mess. It is an archaic organization that needs to go. I don't have the answers as to what an effective modern governing body should look like, but the NCAA ain't it. Appears to me not a lot of thought was given to how NIL would play out - it clearly needs to be reigned in. It is out of control currently and quite frankly, it may be too late to reform it.
