Those are also really big momentum swinging plays. The fact is FSU had all momentum until the last couple minutes of that game.
I was in their section in the dome and you could hear a pin drop when Jayden drove us down 95 yards in that final minute.

Should have gone for two. Kelly has been awesome, but that call was bad, considering the special teams issues we had that day.

To say the two muffs were the difference in the game is just blaming something that appears convenient, but it's not the reality of why LSU lost.
LSU lost two possessions in a game that was decided by one point. If you don't think that's impactful, spend your Saturdays doing something other than watching college football because you do not know what you're watching.
Last year's game will have no impact on Sunday's game. You and others on this board are wasting time trying to draw conclusions.

I don't argue that we were the better team.
IF we had won, it would have been "Grand Theft Football."
The Noles will be a tough out, but the development during the season (except for special teams, which continued to suck) gives me confidence.

I don’t know about any excuses, to me fsu looked like the better team that night and really lsu was lucky to be in it late in the game. This is a different year though, different teams, and hopefully a different outcome.

But again, FSU was only able to eat up 3 total minutes. LSU did not lose opportunities. One of those muffed punts resulted in a loss of 55 seconds and no FSU points.
