The reason the 09 Bama cheat job hurts less is because I don’t think Jarrett Lee was going to win that game for us even if the interception held up and overall that team wasn’t good enough to make a big run.

The 06 team was a national title caliber team but for the lack of a good running game that developed later that year with Williams, Scott and Hester. The Florida game that year too was questionably called

Keiland Williams so slept on. Dude had elite breakaway speed.

There’s ample enough evidence now to suggest Jimbo is perfectly capable of being awful and fricking his own self without the need to be “held back”.

I won't and can't argue that, but I personally believe that '06 AU was a Les gem

It’s on both of em.

I’ve hated Jimbo ever since that game.

That game still haunts me. I punched a hole in a door after that.

06 auburn
09 Pat Pete
12 natty

Top three games that still piss me off. The 2012 natty game did make my view on LSU football change, I told myself I wouldn’t get that upset for a game again. That held true until fsu this year

Blame Jimbo for the terrible play calling

As it should. People remember the end but we got cheated all fricking game long. The Hester call on the 1st drive was the worst & sent down hill from there. I was at that game.

Just remember it’s apparently not pass interference if you tackle the receiver before the ball even gets to him

The 2004 game that from what I recall was called a penalty for jumping on the back to block a kick - it sucked

Absolutely. LSU wins the national championship if they win that game.

That game was as frustrating a game as I can remember given our elite talent on offense. It reminded me to always respect going into a hostile SEC environment, especially early in season.

No doubt that was the worst officiated game I've seen. Other games over the years had some calls that were bad and costly, but I recalled reading that there were eight, maybe ten, horribly botched calls or no calls, all benefitting Auburn.

Auburn needed all of those calls to get a win they surely didn't deserve.

I’m right there with ya. That team was sooooo talented and at the end of the year was for sure the best team in the country and would have smoked anyone.

I flew in from Abu Dhabi for that game, drove from Lafayette with a few friends, tailgated, then we got robbed. However, Les could have been a lot more creative with J Russel and stud WR, but it was run, run cloud a dust, pass, punt

Enjoyed it so much, went again in 2008 and 2010. Just 16,000 miles roundtrip to come watch a couple of games, visit family n friends, eat some Cajun vittles.

Tonight, making seafood gumbo, jalapeno shrimp poppers in Abu Dhabi for the Auburn game. Hot teacher from Dallas coming over

Speaking of Pimp, I'm a MF P-I-M-P... Went to the 50 Cent concert last night in Dubai.. Was awesome!

It was one of the worst days of my life. We had meetings in Memphis that day for a company I was with and one partner basically blew it up and announced plans to force out the partner that brought me in. So, I figured I was out of a job (I ended up being a VP later, but it looked REALLY bad at the time). I said frick it, I had a friend across the river in Arkansas, so I went to his house to watch the game and take my mind off of it. Then it was THAT game. After all of the cheating unfair bullshite from the morning, I witnessed that frickery in Jordan Hare, then had the long drive home alone to think on all of it. Miserable!
