Naw, your brain bucket is pretty good at handling acceleration in a seated eyeballs in accaleration, like good for 9Gs give or take. 0-60 in 1 second is less than 3G and something I have felt many times in a drag car and never had any vision or cognition issues.
1.1 sec 0-60 is beginning to beggar belief on street tires and not on a prepped track even with the EV advantage of lower tire shock.

I think when all cars are autonomous and can communicate with each other you will have 100 plus mph travel on the interstates. Years away of course.
