If Aranda and Baylor beat TCU, LSU still has a huge lift with three consecutive road games, the last being Ga in SEC title.

Sorry for mis-typo, I’m dyslexic guys , still, Aranda would probably want this win in a couple weeks vs TCU for his team and his love for LSU.

He’s saying Aranda can knock off TCU for us to get into the playoff. It was a bit hard to follow

So you're saying that Aranda will try to win this game more now because it might help his previous team get to the CFP?

that's the same attitude former LSU players and fans believed before playing Miami (OH) in 1986, UAB in 2000, and Troy in 2017. You obviously have amnesia and haven't learned from the past. Please post less as your embarrassing yourself

To get to the CFB playoff, LSU has to win all their games and beat Georgia for an SEC Championship.
There has to be a clear undefeated Big 10 Champ
There cannot be a 1 loss Pac 12 Champ. The champ must have 2 losses.
LSU has to leapfrog/maintain a rankings lead over all but 2 of the following: a one loss ACC Champ, a one loss Georgia, a one loss Tennessee, TCU, the loser of Ohio St vs Michigan.

Things that can help LSU’s chances would be:
A Tennessee loss
A loss by either Ohio St or Michigan before their matchup, with the team who had a loss going in losing that game.
A 2 loss Pac 12 champ
A 2 loss ACC Champ.

I’m not convinced a 12-1 TCU team or that wins the Big 12 or a 12-1 ACC Champ Clemson or UNC wouldn’t get in over an 11-2 LSU team that won the SEC.

I think for LSU to get in: there can only be one other one loss SEC team, only one Big 10 team with less than 2 losses, no one loss PAC 12 champ, etc.

I think a one-loss SEC team is getting in. I think an undefeated Big 10 team is in. I think a Big 12, ACC, or PAC 12 team with one loss could potentially be in, but odds are, at least one of those three will end up with 2 losses. If LSU has to compete with 4 P5 conference champs with better records, and 2 SEC 1 loss teams, AND a 1 loss Big 10 East runner-up, it will be very hard for LSU to get in. They cannot have more than 2 other P5 conference champs with 1 or fewer losses.

Also isnt it just so sweet that Noter Dame knocked off clempson for us?

We should pitch in to send Bryan Driscoll a thank you basket.

Not at all worried about TCU losing because it is a given. Outside of OU, it is what the Big XII does. Be in the Natty conversation and control your destiny only to lose a game you need/should win. Oklahoma State 2011 anyone? Big XII teams don't know how to handle pressure.

This. Don’t underestimate the fact that Gary Patterson is on Texas’ staff. He knows TCU’s players better than anyone and will have a gameplan ready to exploit their weaknesses.
