Take out all bleacher seating (except maybe student section) and replace it with chairbacks. Also, find a way too add more club seating where you currently have general seating. Not exactly sure how that would be done though.

early to mid 2000s it became an arms race/dick measuring contest to pack in as many people into college stadiums as possible, all while every game started to be on TV. Supply just far exceeds demand now and there's really no going back weekly sell outs. TV money being what is, I don't think they really even view it as a problem.

Buy up the LSU Golf Course, turn it into a massive parking garage, contraflow river road and Nicholson before and after the game and build a bridge over the Mississippi River that dumps onto Highway 1 that ties into I-10.
That's all I got.
Parking is 90% of the reason its not full each Saturday.

You would think so but apparently LSU athletics makes the majority of their money through ticket sales.

Prices and traffic are the 2 biggest issues. One of these is easier to change than the other.
Better wifi/stadium upgrades are fantastic and needed but not as important, imo

1. Lower the price for the uppers or update them and reduce capacity.
2. New north jumbo tron
3. Update cellular service on game days

Make it so tickets at the top aren't stupid expensive for shitty seats

I think the other sports need it more than football does, not saying they're fine with an empty stadium but as long as the suites stay occupied and the lower bowl remains full of season ticket holders, they're fine

Allow fans to own and sell their ticket rights like the saints do. Loyal motivated fans will tend to buy good seats from corporate types and older fans who don’t go. It might not add to total attendance but it will help with embarrassing empty sideline seats
LSU just ain’t smart enough to figure this out.

The hell with that. Every bleacher seat I've ever sat in at Tiger Stadium has had much more leg room than every chairback I've sat in at Tiger Stadium. In my seats, I don't have to move my legs to let someone pass in front of me. In the chairbacks below me, there's no getting by without everyone in the row having to stand up.

You have to be a Renewable Energy / Climate Change engineer. Only explanation for spending $Billions with no real return on investment

Ideally you would redo the upper decks to create some innovative stadium fan viewing experience: bar/restaurant/club/standing room only type of thing. Thats probably unrealistic.

You have two relatively new structures for the east and west upper decks, they should renovate those areas into massive club seating areas, that offer inclusive food and beverage, and cash bars. Capacities are obviously decreased in these areas.
The lower level seats with the best sight lines are considered the "cheap" seats with traditional concessions and better site lines.
Basically you can go enjoy the amenities or go get rowdy in the lower bowl.
I'd say new capacity around 90k.

Solution for low attendance

First 12 rows on the sideline you can’t see sh*t. Last 15 rows are way too high.

Solution -
1. lower the field 6 feet
Fun, would need slides and cargo nets to get down from/up to the locker rooms and field entrances.
Also this would just make the view worse for the first 12 rows and last 15 rows.

This is easy - LSU becoming a consistent winner.
Everyone loves a winner, but especially Louisiana people. And no matter how much people may pretend otherwise, there is no greater entertainment in the state than an LSU football game when things are going well.
tldr, if Brian continues to build it, they will come.

Really thought there would be something about strippers in this post.

I don't know why it's so hard for people to acknowledge that outside of maybe once every couple of years the stadium will not be full. LSU added seats that were not in demand just as attendance was starting to tail off. COVID just made that decline go faster. If there was some way to fix traffic that would help a ton but it has always been a problem and will be no matter what for important games.
