They quit on O bro. They stopped playing and you will see the same this Saturday against Florida. It won't even be fun to watch.

I guess what I stumble on is that I may not be any kind of football expert, but I can tell whether we’re getting our money’s worth from the second highest paid coach in all of college football.

Let that sink in. He gets more per year than Dabo. More than Jimbo. More than anyone not named Saban.

Is this the product that the state is paying all of that money for?

I think the expectation should be and is higher for that kind of dough.

Out of the remaining games on LSU's schedule, what 3 teams will LSU beat? I only see maybe two more wins with ULM being one of them.

FLORIDA
OLE MISS
BAMA
ARKANSAS
ULM

I’m all for winning out. Hell, I’m for winning pretty much anything on the schedule. Still a fan. Always a fan.

This is why I'm pretty dissapointed in Woody not firing O yet. The attitude towards O will easily get spilled over to the team. Going to start with attendance this game, it'll turn into boo's, threads like this calling out people for "giving up on the team"... next thing you know the transfer portal starts getting hot. Remember a lot of these kids never got to experience a true tiger stadium atmosphere last year because of covid and now they're getting tiger stadium and baton rouge filled with all this hatred towards the coach.

Reason #1 I'd like to see the O firing now

So fans can get behind these kids knowing we've made a change.

you do realize that you can support the LSU football program and still want a new coach. They're not mutually exclusive.

We are losing players daily to injury and the coaching seems to be going backwards. LSU fans support LSU players. Nobody is giving up on them. We want what is best for them and unfortunately that is a new staff.

4th quarter was the only one we hung with them. Nobody gave up.

Give up on my team?

My team doesn’t flex after making a tackle 25 yards down field. Thats not the LSU i’ve watched for over 20 years.

I still think some individuals have stepped up, but its a team sport.

that's just flat out wrong. Coach O been blocking out the noise, not letting any of this outside stuff bother the team. Still got a shot at ATL if we block out all the noise surrounding the program

When you buy a Chevy, but the salesman convinces you that you should pay Ferrari prices, who’s that on?

I posted this last week and will continue to post each week. I will ALWAYS pull for the boys. Dont have it in me to ever root against LSU. But I would be lying if I told you I have any kind of faith or confidence in any kind of significant turnaround. There is ZERO indication that this coaching staff can all of a sudden figure out how to put a coherent plan together as well as get the team to whole heartedly buy back in.

Psst... hate to bust your bubble, but what we do as fans has little to nothing to do with how the team performs.

Not so much anymore. They are no longer kids but adults openly entering the working class and earning money. It has always been that way albeit kept under cover . Now with NIL every kid signing to play on any college team is seen as a professional athlete. So now you can boo the "kids" as well as the coach.

I'll never wish for bad things to happen to LSU, not for any reason.
