Theres a court order saying that they could roster and play this athletes...and they didnt, what exactly are they getting penalized for? Theres also a COURT ORDER stating that the SEC CANNOT PENALIZE LSU for doing so

The "SEC stakeholder" is Dondre Plowman, UTenn Chancellor and President of the SEC Exec Committee (i.e, Sankey's boss).
The same Chancellor whose own football coach invited her fans to attack LSU's team on the sideline with golfballs and mustard bottles whenb LSU visits in November.

As I understand it, and someone please correct me if I am wrong, the initial contact between LSU and these players occurred prior to the SEC passing a specific rule against it. In fact the NCAA created this mess when they changed the eligibility rules and even it didn’t know what to do with players in this position.
Ultimately LSU complied with the new rule but the SEC will, IMHO be in for another court battle if it tries to penalize LSU for something that was not explicitly against any rules.

That can’t be posted enough. The SEC cannot punish LSU or Kiffin in any way per the TRO.

Are they asking someone from the Securities and Exchange Commission their take on the LSU situation??

Not even the mental midgets in Birmingham are stupid enough to try that.

There is no docket", it will just be a League meeting.

If Rousse accepts penalties, fire him literally right now.

Don’t forget Ole Miss.
Only fair if it’s for every team that rostered someone the SEC does not agree with and needed a court case. Alabama BB too
Otherwise screw it and see what the judge might say about equitable
