It is definitely a trend for him and something he must improve to stay on playing a key position at LSU. I have seen improvement in field and at the plate and so have great hope.

You have most of it. No compromise is not good for elected officials. Compromise is necessary in the real world and a lot of what has gone wrong the last 20 years can be blamed on folks who won’t.

Yeah ok. I have changed my mind on that one. If you are getting paid and it’s your living, that makes you a professional. How does it matter what level you play?
The NCAA needs to fix the years of eligibility issue they have . You only get 4 unless you do JC or CC then you can play 6 or 7. Come on….

Something went backwards after the first few weeks. Not sure what happened but I agree that pitcher non development and slip back were huge issues. Between that and injuries, pressing has made this team play like they don’t belong but we know and they know that they do

Has coach ever won on hbp? I guess in his mind he is right. But it does not matter, you will not win those arguments based on his results.

We don’t have the arms to compete. I am not sure how that is possible but watching this team when facing a legit offense is hard to watch.

Congrats to him and we can only hope to have such success with transfers go forward. So happy for him and his family.
Always great to have multiple years starting from Freshman year but even when we had great talented Freshmen we hardly get two good seasons much less three.

If Guidry pitches any more this year we are in trouble. He has not changed in his inconsistency. I hate it but he needs to keep working on it but not in a game. Giving up 3 in first on walks and hbp is terrible.

I really don’t see walkon as a real thing anymore. With the 105 limit and NIL , everyone on the team is the same. At least that is my understanding.

Umps should have ruled HR or given LSU back the challenge. Film showed a HR. If you say no HR because video is incomplete , then they cannot do a legit review at Vandy’s Park and should return the challenge and say no video available.
