Sankey’s goal is to get enforceable rules that allow the SEC to govern itself in this new era of football. He’s picking on LSU because we’re the black sheep right now. Allows him to create the precedent he wants while expending less political capital than he otherwise would. That seems to be his angle. Chances of LSU actually getting expelled from the SEC are nil. Unfortunately LSU is going to be the conference’s punching bag but if it leads to a situation where the SEC can establish enforceable rules in the long-run: probably worth letting it play out.

the speaker of the house & his #2 carrying the PCSA bill Stankey needs to get through the house are LSU alum.

These guys aren’t dummies. Let it play out. They’re cooking.

He's losing.

And the idea that it's good for anyone to give a conference that kind of power is ridiculously naive.

They have no structure or business making and enforcing rules

Also the rules are harmful to the working man

The problem with this strategy... He chose the wrong punching bag.

His strategy is just keep filing lawsuits and calling LSU names until we all forget our games are on frickin ESPN instead of CBS and our conference now includes the faggies and DEI Tigers. What a loser.

Sankey is proving everyday he’s a moron and the SEC are just as arbitrary, corrupt, vindictive and retarded as the NCAA was the last 100 years before they became a dinosaur and a worthless toothless oil pit.

SEC schools should use this example with LSU to realize they can never allow the SEC to single handedly rule over them, at their own peril.

If he’s looking for a punching bag, he chose poorly.

He can't succeed in doing this absent legislation at the federal level. Too many rights involved, including players and prospective players. He's a little tyrant who doesn't like not getting his way. But he had better get used otherwise it.

The surest way to lose power is to prove you don’t have it. Classic land war in Asia rule.
