So, the antitrust piece... you think an attorney could successfully argue the Sherman Act against the SEC?
I think that would be close to impossible since admission to the conference is voluntary.

First of all it’s the players making the argument not LSU.
Technically the players could go play NAIA football or they could go play overseas. Playing in the NCAA isn’t the only possible place to play football and yet courts have consistently ruled the NCAA can’t do certain things.
If all the P4 schools pass certain laws do you really think courts would uphold them because they’re voluntary? If all the P4 schools banned NIL and no transfers would that be upheld?

These judges need to light Sankey and the media up over their collusion and bad faith through all of this. Judges in other states might not care so much about that, but a Louisiana judge should definitely speak.

Harris has been hurt, couldn't participate much in training camp, and is apparently 40 lbs overweight. And has had some serious disciplinary issues. The fact pattern isn't making him seem like a guy that's going to come in and be a starter for us.
He's a second half of season contributor at this point and likely depth.
Wright is a more traditional TE and could possibly start if we move Green around or have 2 TEs.

What I’d love to see is LSU absolutely destroy everyone on the field without the players in question on the roster, and after it’s all said and done those guys bend the sec over for millions in damages.

I really don't care what happens, as long as LSU isn't fricked in the end.
I think the funniest outcome would be the courts ruling in favor of the players and all these hypocrites in the SEC start adding these players.
