I'm not sure LSU will have a lawyer present. They are not either plaintiff or defendant.

The plaintiff athlete's attorney will have to show that the threat of such retroactive punishment from the SEC holds the potential to chill the willingness of a school to roster these players.

I personally think the least likely ruling would be for the judge to rule the players eligible without entering a permanent injunction against the SEC against the punishments. However, without such a permanent injunction, I am not comfortable with LSU putting them on the roster--the cost to the school becomes too high (and proves Wright's lawyer right).

Just my limited opinion.

Name one high school athlete that is missing an opportunity to be on a roster due to these “former pro athletes”. State an example of how it would even be possible at this point in the year. What a stupid comment!
