The real question is who is “he?” I’d love to see a vote to kick us out. Who are the players pushing this? After his court debacle, I don’t think he’s smart enough to push this.

huh? who the frick u think sankey learned from? slive and sankey were both carpetbagging new yorkers. neither did shite but hurt the SEC. both corrupt to the core.
u mean you miss ROY KRAMER. that is the tennessee good ole boy who actually helped the SEC and bama hated him. founding father of the SECCG and a co-founder of the BCS which absolutely helped SEC teams get in nattys.

The SEC cited Wade's previous comments about the program's approach to building its roster:
"We're going to be unapologetic about it. This is who we are. This is what we're doing. This is the path we charted. We're going to go down it, and that's fine."
Imagine that, W Wade's stupid fricking clownshow mouth, cause legal issues for LSU. Sounds familiar huh?
I keep telling yall, his character will always be a POS decision maker problem

I read this as Sankey essentially confirming that the SEC asked LSU to self-impose or accept some sort of punishment or at the very least outwardly grovel, and if we did that they would dismiss the lawsuit.
We refused and instead filed a motion to dismiss and now they’re trying to retain their leverage.

This is Stinky showing his arse to the world and getting humiliated in BR courts. He thinks LSU has a play in it. Maybe they do but he'll never be able to prove it. This is him thinking LSU schemed the entire thing at exposing SEC corruptness and him trying to put the foot on a throat of a member institution to bow the knee to SEC.
All this is about is the SEC trying to maintain what little power they have left because it's about money. They know their position is being threatened with potential super conferences in the future and they don't like that LSU can generate more money than them as a governing body if need be because they're "just different" in their attitude. They see LSU as rogue because they think we're going PE for money with billionaires.
He's a mouthpiece for the chancellors/presidents who are probably an even bigger problem since he's nothing but a puppet. They continue to show their out of touch nature towards the sport as you see with the transfer rules they're trying to enforce. His face says it all

Bingo. Been saying this from the beginning. The other 15 schools are the real problem.

This is like punching somone in the face and then complaining that you are in a fight...
What's worse is that this is all a conspiracy.
The media hasn't covered this honestly from the beginning. Your point is clear and obvious and the reporter couldn't bring that small little detail up?
I'm no attorney, but it sure seems like this was a coordinated act led by the SEC against one of its member institutions in an attempt to harm it.
Liz should file suit on behalf of LSU and see where it goes. It's insane that the SEC is still fighting this.

Does Sankey realize these players have agents and were recruited by other teams as well? And that plenty of players all independently went to court just to gain eligibility (for anyone to take them). LSU just happens to be the team they committed to.
Unless they have proof of some kind of communication from Kiffin to the players saying "take the SEC to court" then he has nothing. The players were already going to court, the SEC came up with new rules on the fly right before the hearing that specifically targeted them, then their lawyer saw that and said hell no. Clayton did not attend LSU and is not affiliated with LSU in any way, Kiffin has no power to halt court proceedings. This whole thing is so dumb

yup. heard the same thing.

He thinks LSU could have told Tony Clayton etc to drop the case or at the very least not called Sankey to testify.
He was humiliated. That's what this is about.
You hit the nail on the head.
He got embarrassed and is now acting like an immature, butt hurt bitch. Instead of being a mature leader, he's pouting and trying to drag LSU through the mud. It really is a shame to see a commissioner of a conference purposely trying to hurt one of its members. Not sure I've ever seen anything like this before.
I believe even the Big 12 let things calm down and go away once Texas Tech gave up their fight with Sorsby's eligibility - and that case was much worse than what LSU wanted to do.

Get help.
You need to talk to someone about your obsession and hate for Will Wade. It's not normal and I'm worried about your mental health because of it, as is the entire board. We only want what's best for you. Please, get help.

He still holding a grudge on how he was treated by the black attorney

I am hearing in the background that his views represent a majority of SEC members. Cannot verify that except to say that the sauces are pretty good.

I can't imagine being as out of touch and hypocritical as this buffoon is.
Also, he's confirming publicly that his wittle feelings being hurt is why this is all still going on.
