Asked SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey what he'd like to see from LSU to feel better about their standing within the conference. He said, "I’d like to not be in court, but as I said, those legal filings speaking for themselves."

Hopefully when this is finished he won't be in court or the SEC...

He thinks LSU could have told Tony Clayton etc to drop the case or at the very least not called Sankey to testify.
He was humiliated. That's what this is about.

Drop what case?

Exactly, it’s a personal pride thing as I’ve posted earlier; pride comes before the fall.

God forbid he has to answer to the legal system like us peasants.

Can we file a request for the court to dismiss the case in AL and list the reason as "Mr Sankey decided he would like to not be in court."?

Sankey is compromised and LSU needs to have him removed as a condition of dropping a lawsuit against the SEC and Sankey. Discovery going to be a bitch.
