Playing well except for tee shots. Birdies second hole to go -11. Still two shot lead.

Unfortunately have to disagree…not really hitting anything well. Either he turns it around quickly or he will be out of contention just as quickly

Burns is going to Burns on Sunday. Hopefully he can steady his round and finish for once.

Jeez man. I was hoping he would overcome this time. Still can but doesn’t look like it.

In the penalty area! He’s fricking done! He’s decided to blow it all up before the last few holes. He’s taking the mystery out of this tourney early.

So a guy leading coming into the final round of a major just says "frick it, I think I will just cash it in on the front nine".

Do better.

He’s done. As I said Very predictable. Mentally comes up short. Great talent but weak up top. He’s not the first not the last.
Will need some good golf fortune to contend at the end today

Unfortunately Sam is developing a reputation as a Sunday choker.

He’s two shots back with only 3 players ahead of him.

I don't know if he is very good in the wind, but the wind has been non-existent. If the wind kicks up tomorrow, I don't know if he would prefer that or if it would be an advantage. But I kind of think low wind similar to the other days is what he would prefer

Man, you called it.
Wind 12-13mph
Gusts 23mph

Yikes. Announcers just said only 5 (or 3) still hitting under par today.

The 2 Par 5s at 14 and 17 will be big for Sam's chances to win.

We might be looking at the biggest Sunday choker ever at the majors.
