Neal just plain whiffed on that last one that allowed a run. He is not hitting and not playing defense. Milazo all the way. Many of these players simply don’t seem to have a sense of urgency or intensity during the game...
Whats Tommys 40 time?
Tired of watching t White dog the groundouts. If he runs that out he is safe because of the bobble but white conceded the double play. Johnson needs to bench his arse for that bullshite...
Agreed, no reason for the off target throw, but still should have been caught ...
Any decent first baseman makes that catch. Jones had his foot on the home plate side of first and his arse too. His foot work and positioning was awful, especially considering where the ball was coming from. ...

So LSU’s all time career hits leader can’t hold the jock of a player who has played in 2 games, against Central Arkansas and the 3rd game in a weekend version of VMI. Hope you turn out to be right, but I’m calling your declaration a little pre-mature....

Fair enough. Somewhat like dropping a fly ball in foul territory in the outfield with a runner on 3rd and less than 2 outs to avoid the tag up, hoping for a better outcome on the next pitch....

Understood. Treat it like a tailor made double play? Why protect runners on a pop up but not a ground ball? IDK. Same reason that 4 balls are a walk but 3 strikes are an out and the pitcher’s mound is 60’6” from home plate. Of these rules, IFR makes most sense to me....

The runners on the bases have to essentially stay on the bags or risk getting doubled off when caught. Instead, the fielder lets it fall then gets the easy double play at 3rd and 2nd. The runners on base have no chance without the infield fly rule. Why should a pop up in the infield be a double p...
It is part of the criteria that was set at the creation of the CFP committee. They didn't make the rules. They are playing by the rules. Do you think FSU would beat Bama today if they played each other, even if they played in Tallahassee? I hate Bama, but I have to be fair and look for the ...
