Rob Childress is officially out at A&M—Will this affect our potential search in anyway?

It’ll probably lead to a 5 year extension for Mainieri.

There’s just no outbidding a baseball program like A&M!

No, there's more than one good coach in America. I've heard A&M is interested in Tadlock from Tech. In that case, go for it.

They will get Vitello if they want him for 2 reasons:
1. $$$
2. Recruiting

Go see Isaac Pacheco and understand why Aggie is VERY happy. Well, if they get him to campus.

A&M athletic director has worked with Godwin in the past. That could be an option for them.

While true, it wouldn’t surprise me for either. BTW there is an Aggie connection to Sully. It dates back 20-23 years or so.

TAMU has more money and better facilities, whether they decide to do stupid, like Jimbo , for a baseball Coach remains to be seen.

You do realize the current LSU AD made that hire.

Also, they just finished with their best season in 50+ years. Many state that Jimbo was a great hire by the fact that O will make more than he will...

A&M has better baseball facilities than LSU? Blue Bell Park isn't even on campus is it?

LSUs baseball program, in its entirety, is a much better gig than A&M. We’re having a shite year, but we’re still an absolutely elite program. The right guy puts us in Omaha very quickly.

Blue Bell Park is on campus, but I disagree with him when he says they have better baseball facilities than we do
