Yeah there’s a real high demand in the nfl for CB’s that haven’t seen the field in two years

Not much demand for players who haven’t played in 2 years.

Break a rule, get the established punishment for breaking the rule, sue for damages. Seems legit.

It was always a long shot. It was denied because the law is in black and white. You'd get no where with a law suit

I don't agree. There is a point where the punishment must fit the crime. This is complete over reach... and you can easily prove the NCAA chooses which rules to follow and which ones they don't, or choose to overlook.

I hope people with money to burn donate so this kid can sue the ever living fricking shite out of these assholes.

7 steps of just cause. Penalty does not fit the crime. Honestly, I think this is on Ed for lack of education. Beyond that, NCAA is setting themselves up for a major suit on equal and consistent treatment.

None... the NCAA is a voluntary entity, so the law wouldn't work in that case. Unlike the NFL where the players have the CBA to protect them, NCAA athletes are defenseless.

I know this may be hard to understand but the NCAA can’t enforce criminal law. That’s way outside their scope and we don’t want them involved in that business anyway.

Can we go ahead and get all of the bad news out of the way in week 1 of camp? The momentum ball is definitely rolling to wrong way leading up to the season opener.
