Sitting in the Georgia Dome after winning the 2011 SECCG knowing I would be at the BCS Title a few weeks later was pretty incredible.

The days leading up to, and the opening 2011 BCS Title kickoff was a close second. They played "Sweet Home Alabama" and then immediately played "Calling Baton Rouge" and I still get goose bumps thinking about it. They then played "Zombie Nation" for kickoff and I was so pumped....

This. After the 90's I really didn't think it was possible for us to win a title

Warren Morris walk off and as bad I hate to admit it, the 2000 home win against Bama after 31 year drought

Agreed. That was my Junior year at LSU.

Rushing the field after upsetting undefeated Ole Miss in 2014. That game was awesome, and it kind of reaffirmed that LSU (and Tiger Stadium) was still a force to be reckoned with, which we needed after losing to State at home and then getting abused by Auburn.

Also it bears mentioning that I really hate Ole Miss.

I've never lived in Louisiana and didn't become an LSU until my fairly recent migration to the south.

If I had be lucky enough to have been a lifelong fan, like many of yo,u it would be difficult to imagine a moment more euphoric than watching Warren morris' ball leave Rosenblatt.

All day, every day. One of the greatest nights of my life. Being there with my dad made it even more special.

the fact that beating Ole Miss was considered an upset, and warranted rushing the field, definitely isn't my peak of happiness as an LSU fan

There have been many to pick from but have to go with the Jan '04 win over OU in the Superdome. I felt like we had a decent chance to win that game but we were a clear underdog. Does anyone remember the spread?

That entire weekend in Nola was a perfect setting for our first championship in 45 years. Weather, vibe of the city, and hanging out with friends and family.

Probably the 2002 victory over South Carolina. Demetrius Hookfin had me erect the entire second half.

I will never forget this. There was no doubt in my mind that we were winning that game. It just had to be true. We played too well all season not to...

I could see the 04 Sugar Bowl

but for me it was probably the Kentucky Bluegrass Miracle. It was about 15 seconds of me running around my house like I just killed someone. Freaking out, smiling...just happy.

I haven't seen one mention of a backup quarterback or a white basketball bench rider being put in a game.

Some people are being deceitful.

That win over Duke and JJ's tears in the sweet 16 was magical.

And when Leon Landry was 8 feet in the air jumping onto the dogpile in Omaha, that was special as well.

Two outs bottom of the 9th, Morris hitting in the 9-hole against the Hurricane closer with like a 1.00 ERA or something. First pitch slapped over the wall and the image of the Miami player face down in the infield crying as Morris circled the bases. I hate Miami and I am pretty sure we were down the whole game up until that point. Still awesome and always will be.

The Chad Jones series of strikeouts is probably my favorite sports moment in LSU history.
