At the end of the day, this entire ridiculous argument started because I found it odd someone's "PEAK" as an LSU fan was beating a 9-4 Ole Miss team
they were undefeated and had just beaten undefeated bama and 1 loss a&m.

when did i say that?

When you said do nfl draft to rank talent.

As the ball bounced and rolled out of bounds as the clock expired to win the Sugar Bowl and National championship vs OU. Making my way out into the streets of the quarter, I was walking on air. I truly believed I'd never see LSU win an NC in my lifetime. And to be able to relive that sensation four years later was simply incredible. This century has been amazing and will forever be the golden age. All of you youngsters are spoiled rotten and don't realize the agony of the latter part of the 20th century.

OU NC game 2004 - 9yr old kid with a lot going on at home and as a family we clung to that team and hope....meant so much for us and obviously LSU

OSU NC game 2008 - was at the game and as a kid nothing meant more to me in the world

CWS 08 vs. Rice - Blake Dean walk-off double off the wall in the 9th to score 3 runs.

CWS 09 vs. Texas - Game 1 was the best college game i think I've ever watched. Coleman coming in to shut the door in Game 3 to earn our 6th title!

2011 Bama game 9-6 - ran around like a crazy person as the option to Michael Ford broke free in OT...then Alleman shushing the crowd in BDS to win it. Felt like we were already champions

2011 SEC championship vs UGA - total domination in the 2nd half. securing a spot to play for it all!!

Basketball, of course going to the final 4. But, putting an arse whooping on Duke with Temple shutting down Reddick was glorious!

First LSU game: 1968 Sugar Bowl against Wyoming.

First LSU game @ Tiger Stadium: LSU - ND in 1971.

Both were win, which certainly added to it...but both times, it was a "first game" with my dad took me to. There have been better moments as far as championships and all that...but there's always something special about a first game with your dad.

As great as the championship winning teams were, 2011 was simply amazing. It was shaping up to be the best team we've ever had, we had an electric Heisman candidate. And then it all came crashing down.....but it was fun while it lasted!

And also more recently, I've rarely if ever been as hyped as I was when Fournette was tearing up Auburn last year. Another season that ended up a disappointment but that was the most dominant performance I'd ever seen by one of our guys.

Baseball - got to be the Home Run of Warren Morris

Football - Being at and winning the NCG against the boomer sooners.

Baskeball - Dale Brown and his magical final 4 runs.

Lowest point is whenever we lose to the hated gumps in football, so yeah, been pretty low for a few years now.

Every thing I've heard from folks moving in and around both circles to both sides of those situations, have said both dynasty HCs could've been retained in BR, with a lil more appreciation, and not having to fight to get what they desired..if get it at all..especially the Henry situation. And LSU's former AD should've had some protocols, shouldn't make unilateral decisions on comings and goings.

Mal Moore and Bill Byrne saw once in a generation HCs for the taking..thanks!

The sec championship in 2001. That is when LSU arrived. I remember not believing that we win that one.
