Under Les, any Arkansas coach was a contender.
Petrino was 2-2 vs LSU from 2008 through 2011.
Bielema was 2-1 vs Miles at LSU from 2013-2015.

There isn’t a coach in the SEC that scares me anymore. Saban is on the decline

Spurrier when leading the Gators.
Meyer's 2006-2009 teams were the only other teams that were scary.
I was always wary of Nutt and Tuberville coached teams because they could surprise you but I didn't fear them.

Paul Bear Bryant
Jerry Claiborne because Kentucky was so damn physical
Emory Bellard Beat LSU four straight years with John Bond at QB

Those early 80’s MSU games were so damn frustrating to watch. They ran it down our throats even with Bogalusa’s own Orlando Lundie in 1984.

Only Bear and Spurrier. Less was more of the problem as opposed to Nick being so much better or so far ahead of everyone else.
When Bear brought the wishbone in during the 70’s , he was two steps ahead of everyone else. You had to coach and recruit differently to deal with it. When he was the only one running it in the league, it made for impossible preparation. As he became one of several schools in the league running it, defense as a whole were able to adjust their recruiting, scheme and preparation.
Same with Spurrier. He beat everyone in the early years with his scheme. As his victories increased, he was able to recruit at a higher level and inject better talent into the best scheme in he league. By 94, it was impossible to stop. Once teams started recruiting big, physical corners and he suffered a bit of a drop in QB talent (97/98) he became human again. He hung 40-50 on damn near everyone from 93-96.

My main two concerns other than Alabama are Auburn and Florida. But I really really hate Texas A&M.

Your title struck fear in my heart.

Spurrier at UF. Until 97 never thought we would hold them under 60

Only Spurrier did
This is the correct answer.

Outside of LSU:
Spurrier @ UF (not USCe)
Inside of LSU: Les Miles. Always had the talent to beat the crap out of anybody, but always had that "I wonder if/how he's going to F this up" cloud around him.
