Just looked up violations for tampering. Iowa had to vacate wins, $25K fine, one year probation, and recruiting restrictions.

Here’s the thing. Kiffin left that program in as best shape as it’s been since pre-desegregation (SWIDT?). So if it regresses under Golding and Carter there are no excuses, it’ll be 100% on them.
