I kneel to coach o. He made the right move in bringing in burrow when several people thought we should stick with mcmilan. And the joe Brady hire was genius.
Remember, Burrow went on to be the starter with the team on board both very quickly and a year before Brady.
That's a mark of a good coach that has the ability to manage people- staff and players.
Honorable Mention: Devin White had a huge role to play in regards to preventing a split locker room at that time too. He led the players-only meeting.

I knew jimbo was garbage but was not 100% sold on Orgeron in the beginning but it was obvious to me he had the program on the right track by about halfway through the 2017 season. Did a impressive job in the 2018 season and into the 2019 season

i admit that i will be a little nervous when the time comes to start replacing coordinators. but as long as he can surround himself with good coaches, he will be fine. no one doubts his ability to put together a roster.
it certainly doesn't hurt that he represents and sells LSU very well anytime someone puts him on camera. he's become a guy that media pundits seem to be rooting for.
