I can easily grasp that he brought in the rpo. Brady has been great bringing in the concepts he gained under Sean. Just because you are highly experienced in a particular area doesn't mean you know it all. E has tons more knowledge than Brady. E didn't have experience in rpo. It's not much different than a CFO or CEO bringing in a specialist in a particular area to help improve the company. Doesn't mean that specialist can run the company.

Look, E is ready to go imo. He has been doing this a long time. People here I guess assume if E was going to stay OC that he wouldn't also get a huge raise. I hope Brady is our next answer at OC, and at LSU for many years. Lsu is smart to try and lock him down. They don't need to lock E down...he isn't going anywhere at this stage in his career.
