If you’re in St Tammany, I’m assuming your trash company is coastal environmental services. They do green waste pickup twice per month. Big truck with a crane arm on it. They pick up all kinds of yard debris. I’ve put all sorts of stuff out there and they always pick it up. You can call them too and they will put your address on their route the next time they send the green waste truck out.

That isn't much.

It will stop land loss and actually build new land. That’s the goal. It was always going to be a slow build. Diversions are proven to work. Louisiana is near the bottom in every way imaginable for a reason. The state is a dump full of morons (myself included bc I refuse to leave)

I have a 2022 Tundra. 55,000 miles and no issues so far (fingers crossed). It’s pulled and hauled everything I’ve asked of it (boat, utility trailer full of dirt and sand, car trailer with a Tahoe on it). No problems. It even has a nice bit of giddyup to it with the twin turbo.

I previously had a 5.3 liter V8 Silverado. The tundra obviously has less raw power. But I really haven’t encountered a scenario where it couldn’t do something my old truck could.
We popped into a random pub between the highbury underground station and the emirates just to grab a quick pint. There were arsenal fans packed into every pub seemingly.

I didn’t realize that they don’t allow alcohol at your seats. I guess I’ve never noticed on TV that no seems to have a beer in their hand. So we joined everyone else in chugging 2 or 3 pints in the terrace right before kickoff haha.
Off and on rainy night. But we were so high up that we were spared from the weather.

The rain let up just before kickoff and the Emirates had a pretty cool atmosphere.

Went to the match last night and sat in the nosebleeds with the British equivalent of the 600 section folk at saints games. It was quite the experience. When palace scored within 5 minutes, the whole section sounded like they were reading this thread haha. Cold, rainy night, but the Emirates was completely packed. The mood was pretty tense all first half. But after Gabriel Jesus’s goal to make it 3-1 the place was rocking.

The wife and I really enjoyed the experience and we snagged some great stuff from the armoury. Thanks again to all for the game day suggestions
Sorry to derail yet again. But I did end up successfully getting tickets to the match Wednesday vs Crystal Palace for the ol lady and I on our honeymoon.

It will be our first time at the Emirates and even though the team is in a bit of a funk, I am beyond fired up. Any match day advice? Things to do before near the stadium? In the stadium? Appreciate any suggestions.
Sorry to derail the thread for a minute.

So I’m going to London as part of my honeymoon in mid December. My fiance actually wants to take me to an arsenal match (I knew she was a keeper). We’re thinking about trying for Arsenal vs Crystal Palace on 12/18. I have a red membership. She doesn’t have any membership. What’s the move?

Try to get tickets through the club? Seems like the potential seat options for red membership aren’t the greatest seats. Obviously I’ll take what we can get if it comes to that.

Is there a reliable 3rd party app or site where we might be able to get better seats?

Appreciate any info from anyone who has gone before.
I work with Entergy daily. While they will absolutely nickel and dime you. They also don’t just put a street lamp on every pole for free. People request those. I imagine one of the owners before you requested that light from Entergy.

I believe he started getting really ill last fall sometime.

Do they have a person to take over?

They announced that a search for his replacement was underway when he stepped down a couple of months ago. I don’t envy that person. Brother Ray is irreplaceable. I hope they’re able to maintain what he built.

The initial consultation is this week with Benjamin Brown at Ochsner in Covington.

Dr. Brown is my current neurosurgeon. He’s good. I had several brain surgeries about 5 or 6 years ago. Ochsner Neurosurgery took good care of me. Dr. Koga is another good one. He actually performed surgery on me. He’s not with Ochsner anymore, but still in the area. Dr. Ware is a good surgeon but a huge douchebag.
Catholic scores. 29-28 with just under 2 min left.
2 pt conversion good. 28-22 with 5 min left.
St. Paul's hits another long pass. TD two plays later. 26-22 pending PAT.
And now St. Paul's connects on another 50 yd bomb for a TD. PAT blocked. 14-13
Catholic fumbles ensuing kickoff and St. Paul's recovers!
St. Paul's punter takes off on 4th down for 20 yards and a badly needed 1st down. Next play is a 60 yard bomb for a TD. 14-7.
0-0 in the 1st. Both teams have had the ball once. Catholic just ran a fake fg and St. Paul's held.

Game stream on YouTube. Fair warning: this is the St. Paul's broadcast. It's an amateur operation and they are tremendous homers. Go wolves.
