And what standing does the Georgia AG have at all in this matter since people want to talk about dirty politics.

In fact I would like to see this AG compelled to answer for all the other schools even the ones in the SEC that are doing it the students like 2 days behind

Remember when the Texas AG tried to threaten the Big 12 in favor of Sorbsy. It just flipped some.

quote:

"The substance and scope of those orders obviously raise serious legal concerns," Carr said of the Louisiana state court rulings. "However, the more immediate concern is that after the temporary orders took effect, one of the SEC's member institutions, Louisiana State University (LSU), indicated its plans to ignore the Conference policy by opting to roster one or more pro athletes this season.

These frickers can't be sued for lying? When did LSU say it plans to ignore the conference policy? The fricking conference didn't even have a fricking policy until a week ago.

quote:

"It is no coincidence that the very institution set to potentially use this temporary order to flout the SEC's rule is in the trial court's own backyard."

Where was this asshat when Chambliss used an Ole Miss judge to rule aginst the NCAA?

When we win, we should sue these ADs for defamation of character.

We are following the rules and they are slandering LSUs reputation and the brand.

Student athletes. Really?

That ship done sailed years ago.

This guy has no more influence over this than any of us here. He's probably just trying to butter up his Georgia voting base for his next election.

My only concern is that all this spectacle and controversy will distract the team or staff and undermine preparations for actual gameplay.

The Georgia AL'S blustering is mindless pandering.
